The story behind the image:

I loved the high energy activity on this street. Initially, I had focused on painting the magazine store, spending more time on the magazines than on anything else. As I had not focused shooting on the entire scene, I had to virtually invent much of the Starbucks storefront in the painting, including its likely window reflections.
